There are times when we are all confused and lost. Sometimes, broken and trying to figure out how far we have progressed and the barriers that hold us back. Our lives begin to spiralize in our head and affects our mood. We may sometimes feel incomplete and feel like a failure. We remember those times when we felt we will succeed easily but corruption creeps in and destroys. We may also lose focus in life. But one thing is sure, we will find ourselves.
Where am I?
Filled with ecstasy and hope.
Filled with dreams and beliefs.
Walking into the manifestation of them
I lose these gifts
In a place unknown to me.
Where am I?
Assured Mama and Papa
Of returned pride.
I strived to fulfil these promise
Now misplaced they are.
Confused and lost am I.
Still I ask rhetorically,
Where am I?
Blood, Sweat and Tears I shed from this skin of mine
Just to make both ends meet.
My efforts become water turned into a basket.
I am cornered to a place of dejection.
Please, Where am I?
Corruption creeps in silently,
Eats my dreams like a cankerworm,
Leaves me bare,
In a state of despair.
Confusion becomes my soulmate.
Lost am I.
Where am I?
Striving still to find me.
Searching for a path to survive.
Wit beckons me.
Strength draws me.
A path I see.
A gleam of hope I see.
Now I am walking out of the unknown.
With Pride and Confidence.
Worries Disappear.
Fear Elapses.
For the question 'Where am I?'
Will become a whisper to my ear.

Friendly Pain
Hey guys, I have been a lot busy lately. Trying to pick up unturned stones. But I surely didn't forget you๐ค. Well, during this period, I kept to myself but was able to scribble down this poem.
You know when you feel all alone around people but you feel invisible. Well, at that moment it looks like the only friend you have is Pain. Let's picture Pain as a person and have a chat. Read on...
Friendly Pain
Pain, you are always there
Even when no one heard.
Though you are not evident,
I'm victimized by you.
Forced smile tends to veil you
But you are not bothered
Because you know you've got a home
Where no one sees.
I embrace you as a companion,
A companion that spices my loneliness.
This loneliness gets bored
But as you will have your way,
You cheer it up with heavy tears.
My heart tries to push you away,
My mind refuses.
It loves your presence,
And therefore keeps you.
I try, I try.
I try to tell you 'It's enough'
Yet you burden me heavily.
I appreciate it.
I brought you in.
Now it's difficult to send you away
Because I need you
When I am ignored...

Me and Myself
Sometimes, I feel unloved and isolated. Lonely and sad mingled with worries and uncertainty. It is something that happens almost all the time. It got to a point I just felt I should be called "Just being me". Heartbreaking, right?? Well, this poem would tell you more about it. And let me know in the comment section if you ever feel this way.
Me and Myself
Drowned by the thoughts of guilt,
Mesmerized by the jingle of pain,
A soothing pain,
Beautiful songs I hear in my bones,
Causing cute griefs and tickling tears.
My merged ribs in sand I despise.
Clothed in shame for my lost ambition.
Unprepared for the sacred union
But eats the cake and have it before the destined time.
It ruins, It kills.
Creeps in slowly like the snail,
Blurs the vigour of my youth.
Then, streams of worries and regrets begin to form.
Alone, I claim to be.
Alone, I am.
My mind is filled with bottled pains.
The first few words I make,
Lowliness lies therein.
Difficulty to fathom my restlessness,
Confusion sets in,
Doubt creeps in,
Fear dwells in,
Pain submerges me.

Happy
Have you ever wondered what you will do when you realize the time of your death is drawing closer? Like you know when your time is up? Well, this is a poem I wrote of what most people will do. I hope you enjoy it.
Just as the clock ticks,
Seconds, minutes,
Hours, days,
Weeks, Years,
Tread cautiously.
Souls, hearts,
Lives, beings,
Fade,
All fading,
Slowly.
Aware,
Unaware,
Still fade.
Just a thought,
A clue,
A feeling,
A tiny fear,
All of Death.
Awakens the "good".
A step to rectify,
A step to forgive,
A step to bury,
A dangerous step to hope,
Love, happiness, rest and peace.
Dwelling in Fairy tales and daydreams
Smiling with caution,
Recalling blessed moments,
Flash of regrets,
Swayed away.
All to be happy,
To be free,
To be clean.
Pure plus Peaceful.
To settle the inner mind,
The inner voice,
The spirit within.
For the treasure above all....
HAPPY
